Instructions for deleting an account

We value your security and privacy. If you would like to delete your MyKamper account, please follow the instructions below:

Note: Deleting an account is an irreversible process. Once an account is deleted, all data associated with it will be deleted without the possibility of recovery.

Steps to delete an account:

Open the MyKamper application.
Go to the Settings section.
Locate and select the Delete Account option.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be deleted.

Data information:

When you delete an account, the following data will be deleted:

Personal information (name, email, etc.).
Application Usage History.
All saved settings and preferences.

The following data may be retained for a limited period of time in accordance with our security policies and laws:

Data backups (up to 30 days).
Activity logs (up to 90 days).

All data will be permanently deleted from all systems after the specified timeframes.
